Refund policy

As a small business, all items are final sales. However, if you have any problems with one of your items you can contact us through our email milibeeshop@gmail.com or by direct message on Instagram @milibee_shop. We will assess the situation and find a solution to accommodate you.

Please note the orders may take 1 to 2 days to be processed. You should therefore allow 1 to 2 days more than the working days that the chosen delivery indicates.
